Working Procedure |
|
| The concrete surface treatment - cover with the bottom-layer
adhesive - use the patching adhesive to patch and to level -
cover with the gum dipping -- glue the carbon fiber -- repeatedly
roller compaction -- surface protection |

Working Main Point |
|
|
1.
Uses the emery piece to polish the concrete surface until to reveal
the new surface layer with sand and crushed stone, and cleanup.
2. Concrete surfaces are covered with the bottom-layer adhesive.
3. When the bottom-layer adhesive is dry, patch and level with the
patching adhesive. It needs to be made smooth.
4. Gum dipping should make thicker.
5. Milling and pressing in the same direction repeatedly so that
the gum dipping can be fully penetrated into the carbon-fiber.
6. Carbon-fiber is the conducting material, when working, please
make sure that it is far from the power source and the electric
appliance equipment.

Iron bucket and plastic bucket packing, 10 kilograms 20 kilograms
or according to user request packing.
2. may use the general transportation vehicle to transport, piles
up should not surpass five layer, does not incline or invert, does
not have incisive metal hit, not to be supposed the solarization,
not get drenched by rain.
3. Date of storage: from the time of production, the storage time
is a year.
4. Located in ventilating dry place, ambient temperature is 5℃-35℃.
5. Products are not virulently, flammable, the easy explosive dangerous
material.
6. if splashes carelessly in the skin or clothes, may use the acetone
or the ethyl alcohol clean immediately, splashes in the eye, please
immediately goes seeing a doctor (construction to be supposed to
wear goggles, gauze mask and glove and so on)
